Frequently asked questions

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens if I hit my conversation limit?

Your chatbot will show a message asking the visitor to contact you directly. No data is lost — you just can't start new AI conversations until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.

Is there a contract?

No contracts. Monthly plans are pay-as-you-go. Annual plans are paid upfront with a 20% discount, but you can cancel anytime — we'll prorate the refund.

Do you offer a free trial of paid features?

Yes! New accounts get a 14-day trial of Starter features. You can use lead scoring, follow-up drafts, and the CRM pipeline before committing.

What counts as a 'conversation'?

A conversation starts when a visitor sends their first message and ends when 30 minutes pass without activity. The same visitor starting a new chat later counts as a new conversation.
