Our Commitment
Venice AI is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to guarantee we provide equal access to all users.
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML markup throughout the application
- Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
- Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and UI elements
- ARIA labels and roles where appropriate
- Responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes
- Form labels and error messages that are programmatically associated with inputs
- Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
- Text alternatives for non-text content
Chatbot Widget Accessibility
Our embeddable chatbot widget is designed with accessibility in mind. It supports keyboard navigation, screen reader announcements for new messages, and maintains sufficient contrast ratios. The widget can be opened and closed via keyboard, and all form inputs within the chat flow are properly labeled.
Known Limitations
While we strive to ensure accessibility across our platform, some areas may have limitations. We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues:
- Some complex dashboard visualizations may not be fully accessible to screen readers
- Drag-and-drop functionality (e.g., Kanban boards) has keyboard alternatives in development
- Third-party embedded content may not meet our accessibility standards
Assistive Technology Support
Venice AI is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS)
- Screen magnification software
- Speech recognition software
- Keyboard-only navigation
