1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Venice AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including business owners who embed our chatbot widget on their websites and their end users.
2. Description of Service
Venice AI provides AI-powered business automation tools, including chatbot widgets, lead capture, CRM, analytics, and related features. Features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person or business entity per account unless additional seats are included in your plan. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Billing & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within the first 14 days of a new subscription. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Conversation packs are non-refundable once purchased.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Venice AI for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful, threatening, or abusive content through the chatbot, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, to resell or redistribute the service without written permission, or to exceed your plan limits through automated means.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your business data, content, and leads. Venice AI retains ownership of the platform, software, and AI models. The chatbot widget code is licensed for use on your websites as part of your subscription. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
7. AI-Generated Content
AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it in your business communications. Venice AI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content, including chatbot responses to your customers.
8. Limitation of Liability
Venice AI is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel your subscription from the billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
